Embark Studios runs scheduled maintenance for ARC Raiders to deploy patches, fix bugs, and update game content. During maintenance, servers are typically unavailable and you may see login or connection errors.
Maintenance windows are usually announced in advance via the official ARC Raiders website, social channels, and in-game messages. Duration varies; smaller hotfixes may take about an hour, while larger updates can take several hours.
Typical maintenance windows
Embark often schedules maintenance in UTC-friendly windows (e.g. morning or afternoon UTC) to reduce impact across regions. There is no fixed weekly time — maintenance is tied to patch and content releases.
When maintenance is over, the game and matchmaking usually come back online. Our homepage updates automatically so you can see when the servers are back up.
