Stuck in queue

During peak load—expedition launches, major patches, or free-to-play influx events—Arc Raiders uses a login queue. If the queue counter is moving, wait it out; you are in a genuine capacity queue.

If the queue has not moved in 5+ minutes, it may indicate a partial server outage rather than genuine capacity queuing. In that case, check the live status on the homepage for active incidents before assuming the queue is just slow.

Queue showing no position or no ETA

Arc Raiders queue does not always display a position number or estimated wait time. This is intentional during certain capacity-control states—the server is calculating dynamically. It does not mean the queue is broken.
