Arc Raiders runs on Amazon Web Services (AWS). During major AWS regional outages, Arc Raiders servers in affected regions go down alongside many other games and services. Embark cannot fix the issue themselves—it requires AWS resolution.
Which AWS regions host Arc Raiders?
Based on community routing reports and typical game-hosting patterns, Arc Raiders servers are believed to use US-East and EU-West (or equivalent) AWS regions. Embark does not publish exact regions. When those regions have an outage, Arc Raiders will be affected until AWS restores service.
During an AWS outage
There is nothing Embark can do until AWS resolves the incident. Check arcstatus.com for live status and community reports. Once AWS reports the region as healthy, Arc Raiders typically recovers shortly after.
